TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Municipality of Middlesex Centre will consider removing the holding symbol as it applies to the zoning of Phase 1 of the Draft Plan of Subdivision (File Number 39T-MC1203) no earlier than December 18th, 2019.

Purpose and effect of the Removal of the Holding Symbol

The subject property is zoned to permit residential development in the form of single-detached dwellings. A holding symbol applies to the land in order to ensure that a development/subdivision agreement has been entered into and registered on title. A subdivision agreement has been entered into between the Municipality and the owner and registered on title on September 10, 2019. The owner has now requested the removal of the holding symbol so that building permits can be obtained.

Description of Subject Land

The subject property is located within the Denfield settlement area on the west side of Denfield Road (County Road 20), and one property north of Fifteen Mile Road. The land is legally described as Con 15 Part Lot 29 Registered Plan 33R20121 PARTS 1 & 2 (geographic Township of London), Municipality of Middlesex Centre.
