Middlesex Centre sent out final 2021 tax bills via email and post at the beginning of August.
The municipality issues two property tax bills a year - an interim bill in February and a final bill in August. The final bill is split into two instalments, due the last business day in August and the last business day in November.
For 2021, the final instalment is due by November 30.
If you didn't receive your tax bill please contact the municipal office. Not receiving a bill does not relieve you of any penalty charges that might arise from late payment.
Paying your Tax Bill
You may pay your taxes at the municipal office. Please note that protocols are in place with respect to COVID-19, including wearing a mask and following physical distancing signs.
There are a number of options for paying your tax bills that do not require coming into the office, including dropping-off cheques in the deposit box at the municipal office and paying online through your financial institutions. For all options, please ensure you allow for adequate time for payment to be received (3 days minimum).
For future bills, consider signing-up for pre-authorized payments.
